Alternatively we have our express service which will deliver within 48 working day hours and costs £6.95.

Your credit/debit card details are taken and authorised at the time of your order, however the funds will not be released until the day the parcel is despatched.
Yes you can. We have a 14 days approval time during which you can return most items for exchange or refund. Your parcel will contain full information on how to return items, you will be expected to pay for the return carriage. Refunds will be given by the same method as the original payment. Returned goods must be in a saleable condition for them to be accepted.
We regret that unless the items are faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for the following items: hosiery, socks, garters, and gloves.
If all of your order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible. In this instance you can be assured that we never take payment until the day your parcel is despatched. If only part of your order is out of stock we will try to substitute it with a suitable replacement. If this is not possible we will inform you as soon as we can.
Your card receipt and invoice can be found in the 'documents enclosed' wallet on the front of your parcel.
Unfortunately, due to the rising cost of rent, we no longer have a showroom that the public can visit. Our 14 days return policy does mean that you can order in the security of knowing you can return the goods if they are not suitable for either an exchange or refund.
