Jungle fever has hit again with the celebrities landing in the Australian Bush this week for this year's “I'm a Celebrity, get me out of here!” The question is though will the sound of snakes in the undergrowth, rumbling stomachs and the crunching of insects at the bush tucker trials be the music of love for our celebrities.

The steamy jungle nights and long, hot jungle days usually mean that romance is the air for some of our jungle celebrities. After all, what else is there to fill those long days after the beetles have been eaten and the fear of creepy crawlies conquered?   Last year saw Cerys Matthews and Mark Bannerman getting jiggy in the jungle unfortunately; they came back down to earth with a bump when they were evicted. The jungle romance though has to be that of Katie Price and Peter Andre. They met under the jungle stars in during the third series of the programme in 2004. Since then they have married in a full-on fairy tale ceremony complete with pink princess gown, lots of bling and every girl's dream, the Cinderella carriage and have added to their brood with the arrival of Junior and Princess.  And this year, they returned to the jungle (albeit the African jungle) to renew their wedding vows in the ultimate expression of jungle love.

So if you have caught jungle fever and want to incorporate the wild in to your own nuptials, you could of course, hop on a plane and join our celebrities down under or do a Katie and Peter  and exchange your vows on an African safari. Or if something closer to home is more your thing, then there are endless ways to add a bit of jungle romance to your big day without breaking the bank. Tropical butterflies and birds can suggest colour themes and be incorporated into table decorations, stationery and even on to bridesmaid dresses and accessories (check out our Olivia bridesmaid dresses and accessories for inspiration) without being too overstated. Exotic foliage for the venue and vivid, tropical flowers in your bouquet and bridesmaids posies can then really make it a jungle ceremony with style. Or if you want to go for the all out jungle pageant, then the sky's the limit. Think animal print tablecloths, fake wild animals peeking out from lavish, jungle foliage, wild animal music as you walk down the aisle.... And to really give your man a jungle thrill, what about leopard skin lingerie under The Dress?  He could even return the favour with leopard skin thong if he's feeling particularly fruity!!
