So Katie Price has walked down the aisle again with cage fighter boyfriend Alex Reid in a quickie Las Vegas wedding ceremony less than a year after divorcing Peter Andre.  The pair tied the knot on February 2nd on the famous Las Vegas strip in a short, private ceremony lasting only 22 minutes. According to reports, the ceremony was witnessed by close friends only and in a move which has surprised followers of the couple, they did not secure a lucrative magazine deal to cover the event.

The spokesman for the happy couple said that “their decision to marry has not been made with any pre-conceived commercial plan or media deal in place, and their reason for getting married is purely down to their love for each other.”

The pair got together not long after Katie's split from Peter Andre and have been dating since then. Back in November, Katie did announce on national TV that she was splitting from Reid but the couple have obviously made up their differences. Alex has since gone on to win the hearts of the British public with his success in the Celebrity Big Brother house. Evidently seeing Alex on reality TV also won the heart back of his lover and she had a remarkable change of heart. According to sources, Katie had the idea to get married while Alex was in the big brother house and just decided to run with it!

The couple wanted to tie the knot as soon as they arrived in Las Vegas but because, like all brides, Katie wanted the perfect wedding dress for her big day, they had to wait. Katie had her fashion team trawling the Las Vegas wedding shops for the perfect wedding gown but one could not be found and in the end, Katie had to make do!
