Your wedding day has arrived! Now it's important not to get flustered and nervous. This day is for you and your new husband, and your guests are there to support you and celebrate. So enjoy!
Stay cool and calm while you get ready. Choose a couple of family or friends to help you put your dress on, then enjoy having your hair and make-up done and your nails manicured. Eat a light but healthy breakfast, so those butterflies don't take over. You did have an early night last night, didn't you?
If you've got a florist to sort the flowers out at the reception venue, then that's a job already done. If you haven't, it's time to go and arrange them as you'd like them. Wait until later in the day to dress any child bridesmaids or pageboys - they'll only get their outfits dirty if they put them on now.
The best man needs to check that he's got the rings at hand. He should collect the buttonholes and flowers for the groom's family, and pack up the wedding presents, besides providing a calm arm to lean on for the groom. The maid of honour will be helping you dress, keeping you calm and happy, and be ready to take your dress away to be cleaned once you change into your travelling clothes later on in the day.
Everybody all set? Then it's time to star in your own love story!
